Our Story
The idea for HelpHive was born from personal experience working in the hospitality industry. Having managed staffing teams ourselves, we frequently encountered the same problem: a last-minute call-off, an unexpected surge in guest bookings, or a peak season rush — all of which could easily throw hotel operations into chaos.
